    Terms & Conditions

    Suzuki Australia Pty Limited (Suzuki) requires you to pay a $1,000 as a deposit to secure your Order for the new outboard motor. This will be credited towards the final purchase price of the outboard motor from your nominated authorised Suzuki Marine Dealer (Dealer).

    • Suzuki will confirm your outboard motor Order with your nominated Dealer 3 business days after your Order has been placed.
    • During this 3 business day period, you may cancel your Order without any charge.
    • Your deposit will be 100% refundable if you cancel your Order within the 3 business day period by notifying us in writing at marinemarketing@suzuki.com.au. Please include all relevant details, including your full name, address and [purchase order number] in your notification.
    • If you cancel your Order after the 3 business day period has expired, Suzuki will refund your deposit amount, less $550 to you, which takes into account the reasonable administrative costs Suzuki will incur as a result of your cancellation.
    • Stock can be extremely limited in some cases; Suzuki Australia makes no representations as to the availability of your preferred outboard motor and/or genuine accessories and rigging components. Suzuki will do everything within its power to facilitate your Order and supply you with your preferred outboard motor or assist you in selecting a satisfactory alternative. In the unlikely event your Order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified by a Suzuki representative and receive a full refund of the deposit amount placed.
    • Your new Suzuki outboard motor will not be able to be collected until your nominated Dealer has received full and cleared payment of the balance outstanding.
    • Orders must be collected within 90 days of delivery to your nominated Dealer. Failure to collect within the 90 day period will result in forfeit of the deposit placed.
    • By clicking ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT’, and providing a deposit, you will become bound by these ‘BUY NOW’ terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, do not click ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT’ and do not provide a deposit.
    • The customer name on the Order must be the same name as the as the person to whom the outboard motor will be registered to at delivery.
    • Dealer Staff, Dealer Management and Suzuki Staff are not permitted to alter the customer name of the Order or Retail Delivery Advice (RDA) and may not transfer the Order into another name, including company or business name.
    • Any change in customer name of an Order by Dealer Staff, Dealer Management or Suzuki Staff to transfer the Order to another individual or to any company or business name at any time prior to or at the time of RDA will be deemed a cancellation of the Order and result in forfeit of the full deposit amount.
    • Suzuki reserves the right to not to accept a new outboard motor Order. A full refund of the deposit amount placed will be issued for any unaccepted Orders.
    • Nothing in these terms affects any rights to a refund you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under your sales contract with your Dealer.
